Elliot Clough

Elliot Clough (he/him) is excited to be a part of his second show with Arts in the Open! He is a Denver native and graduate of the University of Denver. Recent credits include Aurora/Stumple/etc. in A Superhero Tale (Arts in the Open) Edouard Dindon/ Mssr. Renaud in La Cage aux Folles, Gov. Roosevelt/ Nunzio in Newsies (Littleton Townhall Arts Center), Jane/Edger in The Mystery of Irma Vepp (Longmont Theater Company), Mr. Lundie/ Sandy in Brigadoon, Mssr. Bouc in Murder on the Orient Express, and Franz in The Sound of Music (Candlelight). Thank you to all my family and friends for your never-ending support!
Tess James

Tess James returns to Arts in the Open once more with Myth Adventures, and couldn't be more pleased. Previous credits with Arts in the Open include Stage Manager/Beam of Light in A Superhero Tale, Father/Professor/Captain Walton in Frankenstein, and Dr. Seward in Dracula: The Death of Nosferatu.
Michelle Schovaers Wagley

Michelle Schovaers Wagley (she/her) is so excited to be performing with Arts in the Open again! She was last seen with them screaming on the mountain as Mina in Dracula Death of Nosferatu. Other acting credits include: Mrs. Shin in Good Person of Szechwan (Japan); Corrie Brater in Barefoot in the Park (Texas); Sister James in Doubt (Texas); Rebecca Hilliker/Ensemble in The Laramie Project (Texas); Don Pedro in Much Ado About Nothing (Texas); Sermon Head in Bed (England); and Jo March in Little Women (Utah). She would like to thank the cast and crew for their friendship and for Patti not “myth-representing” any folklore. Love to you Steven and enjoy your video games!
Alison Talvacchio

Alison Talvacchio (she/they) is thrilled to make her Arts in the Open debut with Myth Adventures! Alison is an actor, modern dancer, choreographer, and teaching artist. Since moving to Colorado last year, she has been seen in Lysistrata (Calonice) with Wheat Ridge Theater Company, and Elizabeth Rex (Lord Cecil) with 11 Minutes Theater. Previously Alison created artistic work in Austin, TX and Washington, DC - she is a proud graduate of the Catholic University of America’s Drama Department. Quentin Toetz
Epimetheus and Others
Quentin Toetz (he/him) is excited to be doing his 4th show with Arts in the Open! Originally from Indiana he has been in Colorado for the past 7 years working as an actor doing stage shows, TV commercials, indie films, and as a CIT (Crisis Intervention Training) roleplayer. He is a self proclaimed nerd who enjoys playing tabletop games, card games, and videogames in his freetime. One of his favorite myths is Icarus, and the knowledge that his dad (Daedalus) also created the maze for the minotaur.
Patti Murtha
Director and Playwright
Patti Murtha (she/her) is delighted to return to this incredible company for her twelfth production! Shows she's written and/or directed include The Frog Princess, Cinderella and Her Barely Godmother, and The Oddest Sea. She's also been seen on our "stage" in shows such as The Three Little Pigs VS the Apocalypse and Alice in Wonderland. Patti works regularly as a Crisis Intervention Training role player, and she studied theater at Mason Gross School of the Arts (Rutgers University) and the Maggie Flanigan Studio in NYC. She is a master ensemble theater teacher and spends much of her time making mud functional.
Sierra Corbin
Stage Manager
Sierra Corbin (she/her) is so excited to be back at Arts in the Open! Sierra is attending MSU Denver, working toward her BFA in Theatre Technology and Design. While a student she also has worked professionally in the Denver area. She loves experimental, out-of-the-box, and nontraditional theatre, and loves working with AO. As always, thank you Patti, Natalie, and Devin for keeping her sane and being the greatest support team a lady could ask for.
Cole Emarine
Costume & Props Designer
Cole Emarine was just seen in La Cage Aux Folles at Town Hall and last year on the First National tour of Motones and Jerseys: In Concert. Colorado audiences may remember Cole as Mordred in Camelot, Christoper in Mousetrap, Ted in Holiday Inn, Bert in Mary Poppins and Race in Newsies. A Colorado Native, Cole has performed across the Front Range for Arvada Center, Lone Tree Arts Center, BDT Stage, and OpenStage. Favorites include Angel (RENT), Mark (Altar Boyz), Cosmo (Singin’ in the Rain), Mistofolees in Cats(Ovation Nomination) and traveling the world performing for Holland America Line. Cole work as a choreographer and designer has been seen across the country in shows like Swing!, Into the Woods, Camelot, Catch Me if You Can, Footloose, Evita, Blood Brothers, Rock of Ages, Hairspray, Beauty and the Beast, Spamalot, Avenue Q, The Full Monty and Hello, Dolly! In addition, Cole created the original show Shimmies and Shakes and founded Madison Avenue Theatricals which produced the world premieres of Ballroom Blitz and Starnight at the Cocoanut Grove. Cole can be seen next in Cabaret at Vintage.
